ℹ️CANCELLATION POLICY

We operate with small group sizes to ensure a high-quality riding experience for all guests. Each booking is reserved specifically for you, therefore availability is limited. Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 3 days before the scheduled experience. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the reserved spot and may affect future booking availability. Exceptions may be made in very justified cases, at our discretion.
